The Journey™ Contour Plus cushion combines Tru-Relief™ visco elastic memory foam with moderate positioning. Designed to encourage proper pelvic alignment and a neutral spine, the deep contour, abductor and slight wedge helps prevent the pelvis from posterior pelvic tilt and sacral sliding. The maintenance-free Contour Plus Cushion is a great solution for individuals with Stage II & III wounds or a history of wounds.
