The Journey™ AntiThrust Wedge cushion is designed to offer comfort and positioning. The top layer of Tru-Relief™ visco elastic memory foam conforms to bony prominences. A combination of wedge and AntiThrust design helps to prevent more aggressive forward thrusting and sacral sliding. This combination helps to reduce extensor tone by increasing hip flexion.
